somethings + nothings: april 14th, 2017

It's Good Friday - or Pesach, or just Friday (which frankly is good enough on it's own) depending on your leanings - and for some of us this means a day off of work or a ceremonial gathering or just the hopes of a springy brunch transpiring over the coming weekend.  We have some week-long house guests arriving on Tuesday, so for us this weekend brings more home organization and cleaning.  We are going to do our best to squeeze in a Good Friday gathering as well as a jaunt downtown to try out the new West Coast outpost of D.C.'s Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken.  Have a great weekend!
