15 Ways to Indulge Some Millennial Nostalgia
I've been re-reading Dracula lately - a childhood favorite that I haven't picked up since I was thirteen or fourteen years old. It may be symptomatic of the middle-aged nostalgia that has overtaken me in the last few years. I've been driven to revisit books, movies, albums that I haven't listened to since high school or before, and sometimes slip into moments of melancholy that I can't return to the favorite places of my youth, be it my teenage bedroom or the state park in the Poconos where I spent summers at sleep-away camp. Sleep-away camp may deserve its own post, but if you're a late-stage millennial like myself, go ahead and indulge in some of my experience-specific '90s cultural wistfulness. I'm curious what the benchmarks for the 1990-1995 era of your childhood are, so if you want to go nuts with recommendations in the comments, please do.
